We present our signature recreation of the February 1943 Lux Radio Theatre's broadcast of: "The Maltese Falcon". The classic tale of mystery, romance and intrigue is set in the bustling city of San Francisco. Sam Spade is a fast-talking and smart private dick in the big city. When his agency suffers an unexpected tragedy, he takes on a case that involves three eccentric criminals, a gorgeous liar and a harrowing quest for a priceless statuette.
Our performance this evening will be held at the gorgeous, outdoor S. Mark Taper Foundation Amphitheatre at the beloved Tree People organization on Mulholland Drive.
Come join us for a night of unforgettable radio theatre under the stars! Come early to have a picnic with friends and family.

The third of our five re-enactments of the history-making broadcast: "The War of the Worlds". Originally performed by Orson Welles and his Mercury Radio Theatre the night before Halloween in 1938, the broadcast created such a stir that people actually thought there was a Martian invasion underway in Grover's Mill, New Jersey.
Our show will feature a dramatic, faithful rendition of the original broadcast as well as a short, opening piece about the tumultuous life of Orson Welles.
Our special guest star will be: Mark McKinney, from the sketch comedy troupe, "The Kids in the Hall"!
Running time is approximately 90min with no intermission, to best allow for a proper Martian Invasion.
